Weight and Metabolic Balancing

Obesity is not a single, cataclysmic event. We do not get fat overnight.

Obesity is the inevitable result of an accumulation of poor nutrition, hormonal changes, eating the wrong foods, emotional eating, and lack of enjoyable physical exercise.

From the time of Hippocrates, good quality food and lifestyle management, including pleasurable physical activity, has always been the cornerstone of good health.

In today’s world, having access to foods organically grown in mineral rich soil is a luxury.

Most people consider quality food as an unaffordable expense; thus, they choose the cheaper processed packaged food and ponder about the reasons they are sick and malnourished.

Obesity's most dangerous attribute is its subtlety.

In the short term, poor eating habits don't seem to make any difference. We do not seem to be fat, tired, in pain or fatigue right away after a poor-nutritional meal.

In fact, sometimes, these accumulated calories occur throughout a period of great joy and prosperity in our lives, like our own birthdays, holidays, vacations, and weekends with friends and loved ones.

Since nothing terrible happens to us, and there are no immediate consequences to capture our attention, we simply drift from one day to the next, repeating the bad eating habits, thinking the wrong thoughts, listening to the wrong voices, and making the wrong choices.

Because we did not have a heart attack after eating almost everything at the buffet yesterday; therefore, the act was probably harmless. Since it seemed to have no measurable consequences, it is probably safe to repeat!

Once we start treating our body as a temple, our mind as the most powerful computer and our heart as the most valuable possession, the results are almost immediate as we lay the groundwork for a vibrant, passionate and productive life.
